Anglican — Our Mission
The mission of St. Luke’s Church is to follow Jesus’ command to “go and make
disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the
Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded
you (Matt. 28: 19-20).”
To fulfill this mission we:
1. Proclaim the Good News about Jesus Christ to Cody, the Big Horn
Basin, Wyoming and the entire world.
2. Love and accept all people as they are and help
them become fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ.
3. Connect with all Christians who accept the Holy
Scriptures as authoritative in all matters of faith and practice.
4. Rejoice in celebrating God’s gift of the Sacraments
of Holy Communion and Baptism.
5. Expect the miraculous in everyday life, emphasizing
the Church’s ministry of healing.
